At the heart of it all is the Ray family, whose connection to food and gathering began long before Harbour Hospitality was established. Owner Guy Ray built the foundation of the company on the idea that hospitality should feel personal, intentional, and lasting. Alongside him, Ana Santiago, General Manager, plays a key role in shaping the company’s growth and day-to-day experience, bringing a thoughtful and intentional approach to every detail.
